1. January 24, 2023 – Bill and Shannon will be providing a webinar regarding CAR’s new and updated forms.
  2. January 31, 2023 – Bill and Shannon will be providing a second webinar regarding CAR’s new and updated forms (for those that were not able to attend the January 24th webinar). 
  3. February 22, 2023, Bill and Shannon will be providing a webinar regarding handling a buyer representation agreement.
  4. March 6, 2023 – We will be hosting our first webinar/podcast discussing current market issues.
  5. April 3, 2023 – We will be hosting another webinar/podcast discussing advertising and marketing.  We are anticipating a guest speaker.
  6. May 1, 2023 – We will host another webinar/podcast discussing the basics of litigation with a guest speaker.
  7. May 31, 2023 will be a final risk management seminar.
  8. July 10, 2023 regarding CAR’s new and updated forms.
  9. August 7 – Fair Housing webinar (will qualify for DRE required Fair Housing). 
  10. September 11 to discuss artificial intelligence with a guest speaker.
